convenient stay

the location was excellent. it was convenient since i got off the train and the hotel was next door. i had very nice views from my room and the bar. the color scheme was faultless, as was the cleanliness

decent stay, minor issues

mountain view convenient location evening drink small room minimal facility welcome card

the view from the room was quite something. i liked that i could see the mountains. the location was great because the train station was very close. i appreciated the skybar. it was nice for a drink.

the room felt small and stuffy. i noticed there were minimal facilities available. there was no kettle, and only a small rubbish bin. the hotel did not offer the welcome card.

average stay, some issues arose

small room bad shower

the room was quite small and lacked basic amenities i expected. there weren't any coffee or tea facilities in the room which was disappointing. also, the shower design let water spill all over the bathroom floor. this made the bathroom floor a bit slippery and annoying to clean up after each shower. the hotel should address this bad shower design to improve guest experience.
